LAHORE: Subhanis Group through its partner BMS International Commercial Investment is set to invest $3 billion in Pakistan’s real estate sector, energy, hospitality and leisure, healthcare, education and in agriculture & fisheries sector.
According to a report by MettisGlobal News, Chairman BMS International Commercial Investment in a letter written to Subhani’s group stated the company was going to invest in the country’s real estate, hospitality & leisure (hotels, parks), healthcare and education, energy, agriculture, and fisheries sector.
Furthermore, the letter said the company would be attending the international symposium at Pak-UAE Property Show 2018 set to be held on April 26th-28th in Islamabad.
The Pak-UAE Property Show is being organized by the Subhanis Group and will see participation from 80 exhibitors in this event and roughly 8,000 visitors are expected to attend it.
Earlier, in March Pakistan Tourism Development Authority (PTDC) and Sustainable Tourism Foundation, Pakistan (STFP) had announced support for the premier show for the property, builders, and the construction industry at the Pak-UAE Property Show 2018 being held April 26 to 28 at the Pak-China Friendship Centre in Islamabad.
The event announced by the Subhanis’ Group has been structured to provide first-hand information to identify investment opportunities, prices, and latest developments in the real estate and property industry.
The event would offer a chance to meet prospective clients, network with government officials and policymakers from the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. Both exhibitors and investors will get a chance to interact with each other and form business partnerships.
