Silkbank requests State Bank to allow extension in disclosure of 3Q results

KARACHI: The Silkbank Limited has requested the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) that the approval and disclosure of third quarter of 2019 financials of the bank be allowed to be extended till March 3, informed the bank in a statement to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Monday.

The bank made the request due to the delay in the closure of the valuation process and its resultant impact on the financial statements of the bank. Consequently, it further requested that approval and disclosure of annual accounts of 2019 to be extended till April 30, the statement added.
