KARACHI: Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed said on Monday that his ministry would use all available resources to remove encroachments on the railways land.

Talking to newsmen at the railways office, Sheikh Rasheed said that revolutionary steps were being taken to moderise Pakistan Railways.

He said Rs10.5 billion have been allocated for Karachi Circular Railways and the provincial government of Sindh is providing full cooperation in this regard.

He claimed that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has decided to spend the rest of his life in London. “Nawaz Sharif should have returned to the country after court orders.”

Holding money launderers responsible for the increasing inflation in the country, he claimed that whoever looted the national exchequer will go in jail till December 31.
