ISLAMABAD: Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) President Engr Daroo Khan Achakzai, on behalf of the chamber, praised Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Jahanzeb Khan for appointing Ambreen Iftikhar as FBR’s focal person, saying that the step would help resolve the issues faced by the business community.
In a statement on Friday, Achakzai said FPCCI had requested the FBR chairman on his recent visit to the Federation House to appoint a focal person to deal with issues pertaining to the harassment of the business community. He thanked the FBR chairman for his prompt action as per his announcement made at the Federation House.
He said such measures would bring the business community closer to FBR, assuring the board of his chamber’s complete cooperation and support.
