LDA directs development on reserved sites

Director General Lahore Development Authority Zahid Akhtar Zaman has directed for developing sites reserved for health, education and other public amenities in LDA City, on a priority basis, so that world class facilities may be provided to the people in collaboration with well-reputed national or international organisations willing for joining hands with the government for this purpose.

He passed on these directions during a visit to the land procured for the new residential scheme, LDA City on Thursday. He directed for immediately starting development of infrastructure on land obtained for the scheme in Kahna, Sidhar and adjoining areas besides construction of a gate for the scheme on Ferozepur Road at Gajjumatta.

He further asked for developing green areas along both sides of the canal passing through the scheme from Ferozepur Road.
