Chinese firm keen to help Pakistan in waste management

ISLAMABAD: A Chinese company has expressed a keen interest in making investments in Pakistan’s waste management sector.

Talking to APP in Beijing, the Everbright Environmental Energy Limited president said that his company was looking forward to cooperating with local governments for garbage and domestic waste management in Pakistan.

He expressed satisfaction over the incentive and investment-friendly environment offered by the incumbent government to Chinese investors under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) framework.
