Ministry releases Rs20.5b for textile, Rs828m non-textile sector under DLTL

Adviser to Prime Minister for Commerce and Investment on Friday announced that the Ministry of Commerce has released Rs 20.5 billion for the textiles and Rs. 828 million for the non-textile sectors under the Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies (DLTL) scheme.

Taking to Twitter, Abdul Razak Dawood said, “I am pleased to announce that DLTL refunds of Rs 20.5 billion for Textiles and Rs. 0.828 billion for non Textile sector have been released by the Ministry of Commerce. I hope that our businessmen will now use this liquidity to look after their workers during these challenging times.”
