KARACHI: Malik Bilal, grandson of Malik Riaz and owner of BSM developers, Wednesday launched the booking of Gwadar Golf City in Gwadar port area through the prime dealers in Karachi.
The company is owned by Malik Bilal who is the grandson of renowned property tycoon Malik Riaz Hussain, Chairman Bahria Town. Malik Riaz also holds the position of patron-in-chief of BSM Developers.
The Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) has issued the No Objective Certificate (NOC) to this project. This project was earlier named as Rabia City Gwadar, and its NOC was cancelled. However, GDA has now restored its NOC and renamed the society to Gwadar Golf City. Its NOC is 53/06/HS/GDA(B), that can be verified from GDA.
Balik Bilal inaugurated the projects at Karachi Golf Club here on Thursday and distributed the dealership certificates among the real estate dealers.
