PSX outsource IT services, website to RapidCompute Cloud

ISLAMABAD: Having signed an agreement to host Pakistan Stocks Exchange’s mission critical website and related services on the RapidCompute Cloud a week and a half ago on May 11, the PSX anticipates it to provide it with the best-in-class hosting and cloud services. It will also provide state of the art services such as DDoS mitigation and geo-redundancy for the best customer experience, said a PSX press release.

Three stock exchanges namely Karachi Stock Exchange, Lahore Stock Exchange & Islamabad Stock Exchange were integrated into Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) on January 11, 2016.

The PSX mission is to provide quality and value-added services to the capital market in an efficient, transparent and orderly manner, compatible with international standards and best practices. One of PSX’s vital commitments “is to provide unhampered, continued value-added services to the capital market.”
