Economic diplomacy among govt’s top priorities: Qureshi

In a meeting with Investment Board Chairman (IB) Haroon Sharif on Friday, Qureshi claimed that foreign investment tendency in the country was rising rapidly ever since the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government came into power.

“Several companies are successfully operating their businesses in Pakistan owing to the vibrant economic policies of the government,” he said, adding that foreign investors have complete faith in the policies of the incumbent government.

Haroon Sharif on the occasion said full legal protection was being extended to foreign investments and there was no bar on repatriation of profit.
