JS Investment completes buy back of 18 million shares; CDC notifies cancellation

JS Investments Limited has completed the buy-back of 18,397,562 of its shares amounting to over Rs331 million at the price of Rs18 per share.

The company confirmed CDC’s cancellation of the shares in a circular sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange. 

After the buy-back, the revised paid up share capital of JS Investments amounts to Rs617 million comprising of 61 million shares at the price of Rs10 per share.
