Rupee strengthens as dollar continues to shed value

KARACHI: Pakistani rupee strengthened against the US dollar on Tuesday as it gained 46 paisa in its value in interbank.

The US dollar was traded at Rs159.35 against Rs159.91 on last trading day (Monday), according to a tweet of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

During the last two days, Pakistani rupee has strengthened by 72 paisa against the US dollar in the interbank rate.

Meanwhile, according to a tweet of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the foreign reserves of the country have reached $18.42 as of April 24.
