Changan announces increase in prices, booking payments

   I have booked one oshan x7 comfert from 30th March..
   Since on waiting..delivery month was June now July end..
   2. I believe that new prices are not applicable on old booking customers..

   • If u paid full then no worries. But if u paid just booking price then definitely will pay the increment

     • Sir you are right i also Booked as you book oshan X7 comfert from 10 may with Full cash please tell about new price are also applicable? Or not

   • They will not deliver you unless you send them a legal notice.

4. Those who paid full and face delay by company are not fall in price increase zone

   • This is not true. I booked Alsvin 1.37L in April and tentative month of delivery was July. These new prices are applicable from 1st August but they are asking for 50% of increased price amount. Very unfair and unjustified demand. No one is there to ask from them the reason as they have delayed themselves then why we should pay. We have already paid twice increased price amount 280,000 and 125,000 in April and May.

8. Assalam o alaikum, I had booked changan karvan in january and paid full payment and difference of amount in 2nd week of july. The delivery month was july. Is thia new price incerement applicable on me. Kindly anyone guide.

   • You will pay differential amount

     • Can you please elaborate as my delivery month was july. It is delay from their side then why should I pay the difference?

       • File a case in consumer protection court, otherwise you have to pay new unjustified prices.

9. See the terms of the price increase. There is usually a cut off date of expected delivery month and full payment date, before which price increase is not applicable (e.g. Lucky Kia and Hyundai-Nishat terms). But these days, 100% full payment does not guarantee a price fixing lock due to the quickly falling rupee (rising dollar) and other inflationary pressures.

10. I booked oshan X7 in March 2022 and paid full price in May 2022 and delivery was due in June. However, I have not received my vehicle yet. Now the delay is from manufacture and dealer . Ultimately, the responsibility of delay lies on manufacturer and dealer. So, increase of price should not e applied on me. I am going for legal action. Now, the court is to decide. I

13. Please someone help me. Maen ne oshan x7 lene ka plan bnaya hae, lekin increment aaney se pehle plan bnaya hae. Increment mere pe to laagu nai ho ga na kiunk maen ne already plan bnaya hua tha lene ka. Aik adh bar showroom b visit kar chuka hun, woh b increment aaney se pehle.

16. Dear brother he say me when I see on show room we give you Oshan x7 comfert in one month but when I booked he say we give you in 3 months but he write in paper 5 month and he says only 3 month we give you in three but now he say when we say you and say inshahallah we give you in August month
    I think it’s issue of price also his booking it’s show company not working

    I booked Oshan X7 future sense in 15 march 2022 with full payments of 6000000.00 6.00 million, and they Gabe me delivery time in April, and now its August starting, since March they are lying me , and every time says this month, this month, they have a very non professional attitude.
