US leads as top export destination for Pakistani products worth $5.55 billion in 11 months

Exports to US rise 11.06%, while exports to China and UK decline slightly in FY25

The United States remained the top export destination for Pakistani products during the first eleven months of FY25, with exports reaching $5,552.615 million, up 11.06% from $4,999.608 million in the same period last year, according to data from the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).

China ranked second, with exports to the country amounting to $2,270.032 million, showing a decrease of 11.19% compared to $2,556.126 million last year.

The United Kingdom was the third-largest export market, with exports totaling $1,985.167 million, up from $1,863.566 million during the same period in FY24.

Exports to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) stood at $1,979.847 million, an increase from $1,879.640 million in the previous year. Meanwhile, exports to Germany grew to $1,549.055 million, compared to $1,383.763 million last year.

Exports to the Netherlands reached $1,384.521 million, an increase from $1,275.110 million, while exports to Italy totaled $1,046.224 million, slightly higher than $1,032.472 million last year.

Exports to Spain were recorded at $1,354.836 million, a small rise from $1,334.277 million the previous year. Exports to Afghanistan saw a significant increase, reaching $723.442 million, up from $511.627 million last year.

Exports to Belgium slightly decreased to $498.080 million, compared to $506.598 million during the same period in FY24.

Exports to Bangladesh also grew to $728.303 million, compared to $599.650 million in FY24. Similarly, exports to France were recorded at $520.389 million, up from $464.879 million last year.
