SBP-held reserves up by $16 million, now stand at $9.4 billion

Total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $14.64 billion as of July 05, 2024.

Foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) increased by $16 million to $ 9.405 billion during the week ended on July 05, 2024. 

According to the details shared by the central bank, the total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $14.64 billion as of July 05, 2024. 

The break-up of the foreign reserves shows that foreign reserves held by the SBP recorded $9.4 billion while net foreign reserves held by commercial banks recorded $5.23 billion.
