In the wake of the coronavirus situation in the country, the ICI Pakistan has temporarily closed its Polyester Plant and office locations (which do not fall within the definition of essential services) till further orders, said the company in a statement to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The company further said that it did so in accordance with directives of the government with regard to containment of coronavirus ( Covid-19). The company has moved to work from home arrangements to the extent possible, the statement added.
