  1. The very simple meaning of budget means that how much u earn in a particular year either in way of rendering serviced, manufacturing goods or both
    &
after deductions of Expenditures for that particular period is less than that amount then can claim that we are going to improve the conditions of citizens of that country.

It’s really shame to write here that Pakistan Total Exports in 2013 were around US $ 23.75 Billions which has come down even after 4 years in 2017.

Second how can a country survive on acquiring loan whether internal & external.

Last that unfortunately Pakistan Budget is prepared by CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT ISHAQ DAR
    WHILE
IN REST OF THE WORLD IT’S BY AN ECONOMIST.

JUST IMAGINE THAT IN ALL OVER PAKISTAN NEITHER WE HAVE A SURGEON NOR ANY HOSPITAL OF SUCH STANDARD WHERE THE REATMENT OF PRIME MONSTER NAEE BAAZ SHAREER CAN BE DONE.

    IS IT ACHIEVEMENTS?

    SHAME TO MONSTERS
