KARACHI: Pakistan Navy observed Eid Milad-un-Nabi with religious zest and fervour. All units and ships of Pakistan Navy were illuminated to mark Milad Day of the Prophet, Hazrat Muhammad PBUH, the mercy for all creation. Special prayers were offered in all Naval mosques in units and residential areas for prosperity and peace in the country. Moreover, the day dawned with 21 gun salute in the provincial capital, Karachi at PNS BAHADUR. Mahafil-e-Milad was also arranged in various units of Pakistan Navy. Speech and Naat competitions were held in different commands of PN and glorious tributes were paid to the Prophet PBUH. Serat-Un-Nabi PBUH conferences were also held in which religious scholars highlighted the teachings of the Prophet PBUH and presented the salient features of Uswa-e-Hasana.
