NEPRA approves Rs2.28 per unit cut in power tariff

ISLAMABAD: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has approved 2.28 rupees per unit cut in lieu of fuel price adjustment formula for February.

The power regulator approved a cut in power tariffs during a public hearing presided over by NEPRA Chairman Tariq Saddozai in Islamabad on Tuesday.

Domestic consumers of all public-run distribution companies except K-Electric will benefit from the reduction in the prices of electricity.
