Beaconhouse School Service Quality Management Programme 2017

After the successful launch of School Service Quality Management programme called BEACONNECT in the Central and Northern region, Beaconhouse on 24th March 2017 launched the programme across its schools’ network in the Southern region as well.

A launching ceremony was hosted at Beaconhouse Defence Campus, Karachi.

The keynote speaker of the event was Dr Nauman Naqvi, Assistant Professor, School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Habib University. PhD in Anthropology, from Columbia University, Mr Naqvi is one of the leading Academics in the country. Moreover, the event included a panel discussion amongst prominent personalities of their fields. The panellist included Mr Salahuddin Ahmed, he has represented Pakistan at the highest level of Cricket and his insight is second to none. Mr Rishad Mahmood, Sports Editor, Dawn. Mr Rishad has been writing on sports for more than two decades and has witnessed how technology has shaped demands in almost every field. Beaconhouse South Regional Director, Mr Asim Yakub completed this esteemed panel. Other guests included School Group Heads, School Heads, Heads of Department and Head Office Management.

BEACONNECT programme is a technology-enabled school management process. It is an innovative way for Beaconhouse to engage with schools parent in a hassle-free manner.  The programme enables each school to get monthly feedback regarding satisfaction of its parents with the school’s education service standards. It also enables timely resolution of parent’s complaints and effective management of student retention.
