The country’s premier institution, National University of Science and Technology, NUST has shown interest in improving the training of institutions attached to the ministry of industries and production.
An official statement said Lt General (r) Naveed Zaman, Rector, NUST called on Secretary Ministry of Industries and Production Khizar Hayat Gondal to explore avenues of mutual cooperation with the public sector as well as with the private sector industries through the ministry of industries and production.
They also discussed establishing and strengthening modes of industry and academia linkages.
On this occasion the up-scaling of the training institutions attached to the ministry of industries and production with the cooperation of the NUST was also discussed
