Pakistan’s Liquid Foreign Reserves increase by $14mn

KARACHI: The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $ 19,912.1 million on November 3, 2017.

A State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) statement here on Thursday notified that the break-up of the foreign reserves stood at; foreign reserves held by SBP at $ 13,861.2 million, net foreign reserves held by commercial banks at $ 6,050.9 million and total liquid foreign reserves at $ 19,912.1 million.

During the week ending November 3, the SBP’s reserves increased by $ 14 million to $ 13,861 million.
