Dr Imran Ali has been elected as the chairman of the Managing Committee for Punjab Club for the year 2021, a notice issued by the club said on Friday.
The elections for the managing committee were held on December 30, 2020, wherein 13 candidates were selected. Then on January 8, 2021, the committee unanimously elected Dr Ali as the chairman.
Punjab Club, established in 1884, is the oldest premier club of Lahore. It is private social club that has elected members consisting of high ranking civil and armed forces personnel, leading industrialists, entrepreneurs and executives.
