Direct flights between Pakistan, Azerbaijan to be launched soon

ISLAMABAD: Direct flights to promote public links and mutual trading between Pakistan and Azerbaijan will be launched soon.

As per media reports, the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Pakistan Ali Alizada on Saturday said while addressing a meeting that the number of Pakistanis who visit Azerbaijan has increased six-fold while bilateral trade between the two countries has also witnessed a remarkable surge.

He said that the improvement in travelling facilities due to the launch of direct flights will help promote people to people contact besides upgrading bilateral trade, he remarked.
