Engro Fertilizers Limited announced the shutdown of its base plant for unscheduled maintenance.
Engro shared this information with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) through a notice on Tuesday in accordance with Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015 and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Rule Book.
The company said that the tentative duration of this forced outage will be around five days.
The Engro Fertilizers has commenced necessary maintenance activities after which the Base Plant is expected to resume operation by August 10, 2024.
