LSE Capital acquires stake in Digital Custodian, exits Ensmile investment

LSE Capital expands portfolio with 2.5% stake in Digital Custodian, exits Ensmile Limited investment

LSE Capital Limited (PSX: LSECL) has acquired a 2.5% equity stake in Digital Custodian Company Limited, following the divestment of shares by Mr. Siddique Ur Rehman Khurram, as per a filing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). This acquisition is part of a broader portfolio development strategy.

In another strategic move, LSECL has formally exited its investment in Ensmile Limited, a 3-D dental aligner and AI-powered treatment planning startup. LSECL, licensed as a Modaraba Management Company, is also authorized to act as a consultant for IPOs and provide corporate finance advisory services. The company previously managed Modaraba Al-Mali, which was merged into LSE Capital in May 2024.

Additionally, LSECL has recently received formal registration for “LSE SPAC-1,” Pakistan’s first special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC).
