OGRA invites complaints regarding irregularities in service

PESHAWAR

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has urged the consumers of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province to lodge their complaints at its regional office in Peshawar, if they find any irregularity regarding Oil, CNG, LPG and natural gas.

Ever since the creation of the regional office at Peshawar, the office has been instrumental in resolving the complaints of the general public, most of which pertains to the excessive billing/correction of gas bills, delays in issuance of gas connections to the domestic consumers by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL).
