25 Pakistani companies participated in Shanghai fair

 

 

Twenty five companies from Pakistan participated in Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabric exhibition that took place in Shanghai, China. Over 3,300 exhibitors from 26 countries participated in the exhibition and 390 exhibitors from 12 countries participated at Yarn Expo.

Asia had a large number of exhibitors at Intertextile Shanghai, with country and region pavilions from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, India and Pakistan housed in the  International Hall.

Pakistani Fabric exhibitors such as Kohinoor Mills, Liberty Mills, Mahmood Textile, Marfani Denim, Reliance Weaving, Sapphire Textiles, and Valitex Textile were located in the International Hall. Whereas Beyond Denim Zone was located in hall 6.2; Pakistan had direct exhibitors such as Indigo Textile and Sapphire  Diamond Fabrics.

Pakistani Yarn exhibitors were located in Hall 5.1: Abtex International, Fabcot International, Fazal Cloth Mills, Global Textile Networks, Good Luck Textile,  Hantex Spinning, Hareem Textiles, I & N International, Indus Dyeing, Master Textile, Nadeem Textile Mills, Nagina Cotton, Nisar Spinning, Salman Agencies,  Xiamen Naseem Trade Co Ltd.

The quality of the fair offered widely evident in the International Hall (hall 5.2). The Salon Europe section of this hall will once again accommodated the Milano Unica Pavilion, as well as the France & Germany Zones. In addition, Asian Pavilions from India, Japan, Korea, Pakistan and Taiwan, and Group Pavilions by  Dyetec, Convergence Institute of Natural Materials and Lenzing featured alongside individual exhibitors from numerous countries.

To ensure ease of sourcing for buyers and increased exposure for exhibitors, key products groups were located in distinctive zones. In the International  Hall, All about Sustainability, Functional Lab, Premium Wool Zone and Verve for Design featured the latest products, technologies and trends in these respective sectors, while Beyond Denim and Accessories Vision were in halls 6.2 and 8.1, respectively.

The fair was supported by CCPIT-Tex the China Council for Textile. The next Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics will be held in October 2017. A new Apparel fair has also been launched in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in October 2017.
